Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, logging into, or interacting with this web application, progressive web app (PWA), or associated application programming interfaces (APIs) (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User" or "Authorized Subscriber") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, or if you do not possess authorized credentials issued by Vizimoo Services, you must discontinue access and disconnect from the Platform immediately.

Subject to continuous compliance with these terms, Vizimoo Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for authorized, legitimate business and account management purposes.

This license is strictly personal to the designated account holder or authorized operational personnel. You may not sublicense, lease, assign, or make the platform available as a service bureau to any unauthenticated third party.

To preserve the security, integrity, and availability of the Platform for all legitimate users, the following activities are expressly and strictly prohibited:

• Automated Extraction & Scraping: Deploying automated scripts, spiders, web crawlers, bots, or scrapers to extract application state, datasets, or interface resources.
• Vulnerability Probing & Fuzzing: Scanning, probing, fuzzing, testing, or exploiting potential security vulnerabilities of the application endpoints, authentication flows, or infrastructure without explicit, prior written authorization.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code, database structures, or proprietary design algorithms of the Platform.
• Denial of Service & Rate Abuse: Interfering with platform operations, overloading endpoints, bypassing client-side rate limits, or initiating distributed denial-of-service (DoS) floods.
• Credential Hijacking & Impersonation: Using forged authentication tokens, intercepting one-time passwords (OTPs), fabricating session identifiers, or impersonating any individual or administrative persona.
• Data Tampering: Altering, corrupting, or injecting malicious payloads, SQL injection strings, or script exploits into input fields, headers, or API parameters.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach and will trigger immediate account suspension, permanent IP blocking, and reporting to relevant statutory authorities.

Account authentication utilizes cryptographically verified credentials and verification codes. As an authorized user, you are exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and devices.

You agree to notify Vizimoo Services administration immediately upon discovering any unauthorized disclosure, theft, or suspected breach of your account credentials. Vizimoo Services will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials prior to formal notification.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform—including application code, interfaces, visual styling, schemas, software architectures, algorithms, documentation, and digital assets—are and remain the exclusive property of Vizimoo Services and its technology partners.

Nothing in these terms confers any ownership rights, title, or interest in the underlying technology or proprietary systems to the user.

The Platform is hosted on redundant cloud infrastructure designed for high availability. However, Vizimoo Services does not warrant that access will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or resilient against catastrophic regional network disruptions beyond reasonable technical control.

Vizimoo Services reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance, apply security patches, enhance features, or modify service components with or without prior notice.

The Platform is provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Vizimoo Services, its affiliates, or operational officers be liable for indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

Vizimoo Services reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without liability, to suspend, revoke, or terminate any user account, credential, or IP address at any time if a security threat, breach of terms, or fraudulent activity is suspected or detected.

Upon termination, your license to access the Platform ceases immediately, and all cached or local application session state must be cleared.
