Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Information governance, confidentiality standards, and data protection practices governing enterprise cloud platform usage and services.

Data Protection & Confidentiality Commitment

We process data strictly to facilitate authorized enterprise service operations and platform security. User communication is secured in transit via industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/HTTPS), stored within access-restricted operational environments, and credentials are cryptographically hashed. Data is maintained under strict confidentiality.

1

Core Privacy Principles

Vizimoo Services is committed to upholding international standards of data privacy, confidentiality, and data minimization in alignment with general industry benchmarks, including applicable data protection regulations and information security frameworks.

Our architecture operates on the principle of least privilege and strict purpose specification: we process only the minimum data elements necessary to authenticate authorized accounts, protect system integrity, and facilitate platform functions.

2

Categories of Information Processed

Depending on your role and interaction with the Platform, processing is restricted to the following operational categories:

  • Account & Identity Identifiers: Contact information, verified email addresses, or identifiers utilized solely for multi-factor authentication, contact inquiries, and role-based access validation.
  • Authentication & Session Tokens: Cryptographically signed session tokens used to maintain authenticated state and enforce session expiry.
  • Technical Security Telemetry: Connecting IP addresses, browser User-Agent strings, access timestamps, and protocol request metadata logged strictly for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and audit compliance.
  • Operational Transaction Records: User-submitted operational inquiries, timestamps, and service status updates recorded within authorized enterprise workflows.
3

Purpose of Data Processing

All collected information is processed solely for legitimate, authorized operational objectives, including:

  • Authenticating account identity and verifying authorization levels.
  • Delivering, executing, and recording authorized application workflows.
  • Responding to contact requests, architectural consultations, and technical inquiries.
  • Detecting, preventing, and investigating unauthorized access attempts, anomalous traffic, or security breaches.
  • Fulfilling statutory accounting, audit, and legal recordkeeping mandates.
4

Technical & Cryptographic Safeguards

We deploy multi-layered technical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to safeguard information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration:

  • Transport Security: All client-to-server traffic is enforced via Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2+ / HTTPS encryption) to protect transmission against eavesdropping and packet inspection.
  • Access Controls & Isolation: Database and cloud environments are secured behind firewall perimeter rules, role-based access controls (RBAC), and least-privilege administrative access policies.
  • Cryptographic Credential Hashing: Verification secrets, passwords, and authorization tokens are protected using one-way cryptographic hashing algorithms.
  • Intrusion & Abuse Defense: Automated rate limiters, credential brute-force locks, and request monitoring protect against unauthorized automated probing and credential harvesting.
5

Information Sharing, Commercial Use & Affiliates

To deliver reliable enterprise services, fulfill statutory requirements, and support legitimate business growth, information may be shared, transferred, or processed under the following controlled circumstances:

  • Corporate Affiliates & Subsidiaries: We may share information across our corporate group, parent entities, subsidiaries, or affiliates under common ownership, all of which are bound by confidentiality standards at least as restrictive as this Policy.
  • Strategic Service Providers & Infrastructure Partners: We engage verified third-party vendors (such as cloud infrastructure providers, communication gateways, and analytics engines) solely to execute platform services. All vendors operate under binding Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and non-disclosure obligations.
  • De-Identified & Aggregated Industry Intelligence: We reserve the right to aggregate, anonymize, and de-identify transactional or operational data to generate generalized benchmarks, industry research, platform performance metrics, and service optimizations. Such data is irreversibly decoupled from any individual user or company identity.
  • Corporate Restructuring & Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, joint venture, financing, bankruptcy, or asset transfer, customer and operational records may be disclosed or transferred as an essential business asset to the successor entity, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
  • Statutory, Regulatory & Legal Mandates: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when necessary to protect the security, integrity, and legal rights of the Platform, its operators, or the public.
6

Data Retention & Lifecycle Management

Data is retained only for the duration necessary to satisfy the operational purposes for which it was captured, or as required by governing audit, tax, and commercial statutory retention obligations.

Upon expiration of the retention term or upon verified account termination, records are either securely purged or irreversibly anonymized using industry-standard sanitization protocols.

7

Local Browser Storage & Offline Caching

The Platform utilizes client-side storage technologies—specifically Web Storage (localStorage), IndexedDB, and Service Worker CacheStorage—strictly to optimize user experience, accelerate page load responsiveness, and support offline capability.

These client storage mechanisms do not track users across external third-party websites and may be cleared at any time by the user via standard browser settings or by signing out of the application.

8

User Rights & Privacy Inquiries

Authorized users hold the right to review the profile details associated with their account, request correction of inaccurate records, or request deletion of personal information at any time through application profile settings or administrative support channels.

For privacy inquiries or compliance questions regarding this policy, please reach out via our contact form or contact Vizimoo Services directly.
